Job Description

Position Summary The Entry-Level Automotive Parts Associate is responsible for assisting customers, technicians, and service advisors by locating, ordering, receiving, and distributing automotive parts and accessories. This role supports daily operations in the parts department to ensure efficient workflow, accurate inventory management, and high customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Assist customers and internal departments (service & repair technicians) with parts requests Look up and identify correct parts using electronic catalog systems Process parts orders, including special orders and backorders Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory shipments Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts Prepare parts for repair orders and ensure timely delivery to technicians Answer phone calls and provide basic parts pricing and availability Maintain a clean, organized, and safe parts department Follow dealership and manufacturer procedures for ordering and returns
Pay:
$15.05 - $25.00 per hour
