Job Description
Parts Counter Person Tri-County Equipment (John Deere) in Enterprise has a full time opening in the parts department. Applicants should have a mechanical aptitude and an agricultural background would be helpful. Those hired should have a willingness to learn, participate in on-going training, have exceptional customer relation skills and a positive, team minded attitude. Person hired must be comfortable using computer programs, able to work weekends and be on call two weeks a month in peak harvest times. Benefits include paid vacation, 401k match, sick leave and overtime.
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer relationship skills
- Ability to use Microsoft, email, and other internet functions and computer programs
- Positive, team minded attitude
- Able to work weekends in peak harvest times
- Able to be on call two weeks a month in peak harvest time
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience
