Parts & Equipment Sales Representative

Position Summary Diamond Power Equipment is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Parts & Equipment Sales Representative to join our team in Roseburg, OR. This role is responsible for assisting customers with parts, equipment, and accessories while delivering exceptional service. The ideal candidate has strong product knowledge (or willingness to learn), excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping customers find the right solutions. Work Schedule Monday through

Friday:

8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Somewhat Flexible) Alternating Saturdays required Key Responsibilities Assist walk-in & phone customers with parts and equipment inquiries Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate equipment, parts, and accessories Process sales transactions, quotes, and special orders accurately Maintain organized and accurate inventory of parts and equipment Stay up to date on product lines, features, and promotions Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors Maintain a clean, organized, and safe showroom and parts area Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Previous experience in sales, parts, or equipment industry preferred (power equipment, automotive, agricultural, or similar) Strong mechanical aptitude or willingness to learn equipment systems Excellent customer service and communication skills Basic computer skills (POS systems, inventory software, email) Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Valid driver's license preferred Preferred Skills Knowledge of small engine equipment, lawn & garden, or construction equipment Experience with inventory management systems Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer concerns professionally Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs or more Standing, walking, and bending for extended periods Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying conditions Why Join Diamond Power Equipment?
