PARTS COUNTERPERSON JOB OVERVIEW

Provides exceptional service to a diverse clientele by accurately identifying and fulfilling parts orders via phone, in-person interactions, and internal shop requests.

DUTIES:

Assists all customers (retail and shop) in selecting the required parts in a Answers phone calls, provide price quotes and other information. Reviews estimates for accuracy Completes work orders Tracks inventory (stock, receiving, back orders, etc.) Assists outside sales representatives Billing Cashiering Purchase orders Issues and tracks shop tools to technicians. Records keeping Daily shipments, delivery, or pick-up. Move throughout the company facility for most of the shift Keeps current on new products and product updates. Participates in all training Maintains professional appearance. Tracks staff time requests in

ADP. MUST HAVE

Valid Driver's License

SCHEDULE

8:00 AM to 5:00 PM | Monday thru

Friday SALARY:

$12.00-$13.00 commensurate with experience

Background & Drug Pay:

$12.00 - $13.00 per hour

Experience:
