- Schulz Cycle & ATV Schulz Cycle & ATV services all brands of motorcycles, dirt bikes, ATVs, and UTVs.
Position Overview:
As a Counter Specialist, you'll be the main point of contact between customers and our service team. This role involves communicating repair needs, managing parts and service orders, and delivering excellent customer service throughout the repair process.Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone Discuss repair needs and service options with customers Coordinate and schedule work with service technicians Prepare estimates and obtain customer approvals Order parts and track their status Keep customers informed on the status of their repairs Use QuickBooks to create estimates, invoices, and process salesQualifications:
Strong communication and organizational skills Must be a team player Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work well under deadlines Highly organized and detail-oriented Basic computer skills Experience in powersports or mechanical service is helpful but not required Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus, but we will fully train the right person for all aspects of the jobPay:
$18- 25/hour based on experience
