Duties include (but not limited to) answering phone calls, greeting customers, writing work orders for service, scheduling appointments, pricing and ordering parts for technicians, invoicing repair orders and general organization of incoming work flow. We are a family owned business that's been in business for 21 years looking to hire someone to run the counter so the shop can run more efficiently. Hours of operation are Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00 pm, no weekends. Work hours are flexible. Benefit package available, vacation and paid holidays after introductory period. We get a great mix of work, from basic inspections and oil changes to some really fun custom car work.
