This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence our parts department's success while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment committed to excellence. This position has a base pay package tied to experience level with a perfomance based commission structure. Duties Maintain relationships with current customers - meeting their on demand needs in a timely manner with competitive pricing which can demand some creative problem solving Develop new business with potential customers/shops Supervise and schedule drivers for delivery. Collaborate with dealership service departments on automotive repair projects, auto body repair parts sourcing, and OEM specifications adherence. Monitor pricing strategies to stay competitive within the automotive parts market while maintaining profitability. Requirements Excellent customer service skills combined with dealership experience to support internal teams and external partners effectively. Ability to work independently while leading procurement initiatives; excellent communication skills are essential for cross-department collaboration. Sherwood Chevrolet Buick GMC has been in business and owned by the same family for over 100 years. We have limited turnover mainly through retirement. Our parts and service departments are staffed with highly skilled, very experienced personnel.
