Job Description

Overview Optimum Performance Motorsports is Oregon's premier Aprilia and Moto Guzzi dealership, serving riders who value performance, precision, and exceptional service. We are looking for a motivated team member to join our Service Department. This is a great opportunity for someone who has a passion for motorcycles and wants to build a career in the powersports industry. Our service department is growing quickly, and we're looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, rider-focused environment. In addition to servicing Aprilia and Moto Guzzi, we also work on many other major motorcycle brands including Yamaha, Honda, Kawasaki, Triumph, KTM, Suzuki, and Harley-Davidson. This is a hybrid position that combines service advising and parts sales, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both customer interaction and the technical side of motorcycles. Duties Assist customers with parts and accessory purchases in-store and over the phone Answer service calls and schedule service appointments Write service work orders and communicate with technicians Schedule and manage technician workloads Order parts for service repairs and customer requests Maintain organization and cleanliness in the parts and service departments Transport motorcycles between the service area and showroom Assist with day-to-day operational tasks Support technicians when needed during service operations Experience Previous service advisor or powersports experience preferred Motorcycle endorsement required Strong customer service and communication skills Organized and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Automotive service advisors are encouraged to apply . Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
