Parts Counter Associate

Captain Dave's Boating World is looking for a dependable and customer-focused Parts Counter Person to join our team at our boat dealership. This position involves assisting customers and technicians with marine parts and accessories, ordering inventory, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist customers in finding the correct boat and marine parts Work with service technicians on parts needs for repairs Order, receive, and stock inventory Answer phones and assist walk-in customers Maintain organized parts inventory and showroom displays Process invoices, special orders, and customer payments Housekeeping - cleaning showroom and customer areas

Qualifications:

Strong customer service and communication skills Basic computer and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work in a team environment Marine, automotive, or parts experience preferred but not required Positive attitude and willingness to learn
