This position is based in Columbia, SC, and offers a competitive salary. Responsibilities Assist customers and service technicians in identifying and locating parts accurately and promptly. Maintain parts inventory by verifying stock, replenishing supplies, and organizing the parts department. Process parts orders, returns, and exchanges while ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely delivery. Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to track orders and resolve any discrepancies. Provide knowledgeable and courteous service to internal and external customers. Use computer systems to manage parts data and update inventory records. Maintain a clean and organized parts counter area to promote efficiency and safety. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in parts sales or inventory management preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent customer service and communication abilities. Basic computer skills and proficiency in inventory management software. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Familiarity with automotive parts and terminology is a plus. Benefits Competitive salary range of $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year, paid semi-monthly.
