Manage the full parts sales process from inquiry to fulfillment Deliver friendly, professional communication to customers and team members Provide accurate updates on parts availability and order status Read and interpret parts catalogs to identify correct components Handle incoming calls, provide quotes, and assist with inquiries Review body shop estimates for accuracy in parts and pricing Pull and fill orders, ensuring inventory accuracy through routine checks Proactively address out-of-stock items and source parts when needed Ensure all internal parts requests are billed correctly Process payments and secure proper authorizations What You Bring Previous automotive parts experience preferred (but not required for the right candidate) Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to stay organized and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with the ability to interpret technical information Basic math skills (discounts, percentages, etc.) Valid driver's license with a clean driving record A positive attitude and a desire to grow your career Our Commitment to You Krause Auto Group is an equal opportunity employer.
