Bilingual Parts Specialist - Heavy Equipment Simpsonville, SC| Vermeer All Roads We are growing at Vermeer All Roads in Simpsonville, SC and searching for a Spanish speaking, experienced Parts Specialist to join our team! In this role, you'll be responsible for coordinating and selling heavy-duty and heavy-equipment parts to both internal and external customers, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and outstanding service.

Schedule & Compensation:

Base salary plus monthly commission of $60k all in Full Time Monday - Friday schedule, no nights or weekends!

Responsibilities:

Assist customers in selecting the appropriate parts and provide accurate pricing Advise customers of companion part requirements and upsell specials Answer telephone, greet in person and answer emails in a timely and professional manner Follow up with customers regarding back-ordered parts Support technicians by retrieving parts needed for existing work orders and ordering for future assignments Operate a forklift as needed Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Prior experience in heavy duty or heavy equipment parts preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to prioritize and assist team members Must be able to lift and transport materials 50-80lbs Valid driver's license Work Authorization Vermeer All Roads does not provide H1-B sponsorship.
