We are looking for a dependable, organized, and customer-focused team member to help manage daily office operations and support our technicians in the field. This position plays a key role in keeping our business running smoothly by assisting customers, coordinating service requests, and managing parts and warranty processing. Responsibilities Answer incoming customer calls and schedule service appointments Enter new service requests into our system Communicate with customers regarding appointments and repairs Order appliance parts and track deliveries Receive, organize, and pull parts for technicians File manufacturer warranty claims and documentation Assist customers picking up parts at our counter Maintain organized inventory and office workspace Support general office operations and administrative tasks Work closely with technicians and management throughout the day Qualifications Friendly and professional phone presence Strong organization and multitasking skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software Attention to detail and follow-through Reliable attendance and punctuality Customer service, dispatching, or service industry experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to train the right person. Our office stays busy, and teamwork and communication are important.
