- Move toward goals and celebrate wins Your Role As a Parts Technician, you'll play a key role in supporting both customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers and technicians with accurate, timely parts support Take a proactive approach to inventory control and report discrepancies Maintain retail displays and keep the parts department clean and organized Record all sales and transactions using Intellidealer Stay current on industry and product information Attend parts meetings and training sessions Demonstrate a positive, respectful, "can-do" attitude What You Bring Proven ag parts counter experience Strong communication and customer service skills High attention to detail and strong organizational ability Ability to multitask and take initiative Knowledge of agricultural equipment Ability to work extended hours during seeding & harvest Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems Safety Responsibilities Follow all workplace safety and health regulations Use required PPE and safety equipment Report hazards, unsafe acts, incidents, or near misses Work safely and help others do the same Cooperate with the safety and health committee What We Offer Competitive wages Group benefits: Life Insurance Short-Term & Long-Term Disability Extended Health, Vision & Dental Employee Assistance Program RRSP matching program Supportive, family-run work environment About genAG, Incorporated genAG is a proud, family-run dealership rooted in Southern Manitoba, with three Manitoba locations and growing into North and South Dakota.
