The Parts Counter position is crucial to the success of the dealership as it involves providing top-notch customer service and support to our clients and technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers in finding the right parts for their truck or trailer Manage inventory and ensure stock levels are maintained Provide accurate price quotes and process sales transactions Answer incoming phone calls and emails regarding parts inquiries Source parts from suppliers when necessary Collaborate with technicians to ensure parts are ordered and received in a timely manner Keep track of special orders and communicate delivery times to customers Maintain a clean and organized parts department

Qualifications:
