Maintaining organized records for sold units. Parts Lookup & Parts Counter Support This role may also assist customers and technicians with parts lookup and ordering.
Responsibilities include:
Looking up OEM and aftermarket parts using parts diagrams, catalogs, and online systems. Helping customers identify the correct parts for their machine. Responsibilities include:
Answering basic customer questions about maintenance, repairs, break-in service, accessories, and common service needs. Scheduling service appointments and gathering customer/machine information. Writing down customer concerns clearly for the service department. Helping create or organize service work orders. Communicating estimated timelines and service updates when appropriate.
