We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Powersports Parts, Apparel & Accessories Specialist to join our team. Position Summary The Powersports Parts, Apparel & Accessories Specialist is responsible for assisting customers with parts, riding gear, apparel, accessories, and aftermarket products. This role combines product knowledge, sales expertise, inventory management, and outstanding customer service to help riders find the products they need to enhance their powersports experience. Key Responsibilities Assist customers in selecting parts, accessories, riding gear, and apparel that meet their needs. Provide knowledgeable recommendations on OEM and aftermarket products. Process parts and accessory sales through the dealership management system. Maintain attractive and organized showroom displays for apparel and accessories. Receive, stock, label, and merchandise incoming inventory. Assist service technicians by locating and supplying required parts. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and replenishment. Handle customer inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email. Process returns, exchanges, and warranty-related transactions according to dealership policies. Stay current on new products, promotions, and industry trends. Participate in dealership events, promotions, and customer outreach activities. Qualifications Previous experience in powersports, automotive parts, retail sales, or a related field preferred. Strong knowledge of motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, personal watercraft, or powersports equipment. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to learn parts catalogs and dealership management software. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Basic computer proficiency. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. Preferred Skills Experience with OEM parts catalogs and inventory systems. Retail merchandising experience.
