Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Parts Specialist to join our team. As a Parts Specialist, you will be responsible for procuring and managing parts inventory, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the overall operations of our dealership.
Duties:
  • Procure parts from suppliers and maintain accurate inventory levels
  • Assist customers in identifying and ordering the correct parts for their automotive needs
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Utilize inventory management, data entry, and order processing
  • Collaborate with warehouse management to ensure efficient storage and retrieval of parts
  • Coordinate with the supply chain team to optimize inventory levels and minimize backorders
  • Manage relationships with suppliers to negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules
  • Assist in automotive diagnostics and equipment repair as needed
Experience:
  • Previous experience in a parts specialist or similar role within a dealership or automotive industry is preferred
  • inventory management systems
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse management principles and practices
  • Familiarity with supply chain processes and supplier management
  • Basic understanding of automotive diagnostics and equipment repair
