Parts Counter Associate

Parts counter sales person for Ditch Witch Equipment. Individual will be responsible for the receiving, shipping, and billing of parts Assist customers in locating parts, parts quoting, parts ordering, and parts invoicing Receive and manager high volume of customer parts calls and walk ins. Assist customers in locating parts, parts quoting, parts ordering, and parts invoicing Maintain clean work area and warehouse Ability to operate fork lift to unload incoming shipments and load outgoing customer orders Outstanding Customer service skills required Organizational and computer skills required using OEM specific software to assist customers with parts needs. Receive incoming ordered parts and verify PO against packing slip for accuracy Enter receiving and inventory information into the system
