Job Description

Summary This role requires a reliable, detail-oriented individual who works directly assists the Parts & Logistics manager with sourcing, purchasing, and managing parts inventory while ensuring excellent service to both internal teams and external customers. Responsibilities Source, purchase, and maintain stock of parts and supplies in alignment with operational needs. Monitor and manage inventory levels to minimize shortages and overstock. Accurately receive, label, store, and track parts using inventory management systems. Respond to customer and internal team inquiries regarding parts availability, pricing, and lead times. Provide recommendations and alternative solutions for parts not in stock or discontinued. Maintain accurate records of purchases, vendor contracts, and inventory transactions. Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure competitive pricing, quality, and timely deliveries. Collaborate with management to forecast demand and adjust stock levels accordingly. Support warranty claims, returns, and exchanges as needed. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all purchasing and inventory control activities. Requirements & Skills High school diploma or equivalent Must have a valid driver's license 1+ year of forklift experience Skilled at multitasking and time management Knowledge of inventory management principles and purchasing processes Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in parts management, purchasing, inventory control, or related role Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail Strong customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Ability to lift 50+ lbs Schedule Full-time Weekly pay Monday-Friday 7:00am-4:30pm
