Your role as the Parts Wholesale Sales Person is to exceed our customers' expectations! Your excellence in customer satisfaction and customer retention are the primary responsibilities. Answering incoming requests for Nissan Parts to wholesale customers and retail customers. Provide answers for requested parts, pricing and availability. Communicate with the Warehouse Staff to verify that deliveries and shipments of orders for parts and accessories are being processed in a timely manner. Make suggestions when appropriate regarding specific parts and accessories that may be needed for each job. Accept and follow through on lawful directions from supervisors. Be polite and friendly, greet customers promptly and deliver exceptional customer service. Actively seek and obtain a thorough knowledge of parts history, merchandise and automobile service. Be able to communicate this knowledge as needed to adequately meet demands while maintaining good inventory turn ratios. Work with the parts and accessories manager, and aid in reaching set goals for profitability and sales of wholesale parts and accessories. Work with co-workers to facilitate efficient delivery and sales to customers and technicians. Keep customer mailing lists and e-mail lists up to date as directed. Conduct telephone transactions courteously and promptly. Inform customers and dealership staff when appropriate regarding any new merchandise, specials and sales. Deal with customer complaints in a sensible manner by showing empathy and a pleasant attitude to show our commitment to excellent customer service and to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty. Be precise in all shipping address and packaging of outside shipments. Utilize most cost effective means within allotted time requests for outgoing shipments. Periodically carry out physical inventory of parts department and other merchandise. Maintain the workspace assigned in an organized and cleanly manner. Maintain personal grooming, hygiene and uniform standards according to departmental policy. Arrive at work, take breaks and depart work at the times designed by management. Show common courtesy to all customers and dealership personnel. Interact well with others and be a positive influence on employee morale. Constructively communicate with other dealership personnel as required to satisfy customer needs. Report to management any situation or condition that would jeopardize the safety, welfare or integrity of the dealership, its customers or employees.
