  • Full-time Job description: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative specializing in Heavy Equipment Parts to join our growing team.
In this role, you will be the key point of contact for customers seeking heavy machinery components, providing expert advice and tailored solutions to meet their needs. Your energetic approach and strong product knowledge will drive sales growth, enhance customer satisfaction, and foster long-term relationships. Duties Engage with customers to understand their heavy equipment parts requirements through active listening and consultative selling techniques Promote and sell a comprehensive range of heavy machinery parts, ensuring customer needs are met efficiently and accurately Manage inventory levels using inventory management systems (such as CMMS) to ensure stock availability and optimal order fulfillment Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with clients to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining profitability Process sales transactions accurately via point-of-sale (POS) systems, handle cash and card payments, and maintain precise cash handling records Coordinate with warehouse staff for stock stocking, order fulfillment, and inventory control to ensure timely delivery of parts Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, offering technical advice on automotive diagnostics, vehicle maintenance, and repair procedures Utilize marketing strategies to promote special offers or new product lines to existing and prospective clients Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory using organizational tools like Microsoft Excel or dealership management software Qualifications Proven experience in retail sales, dealership environments, or heavy equipment parts sales is highly preferred Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics, vehicle maintenance, automotive repair, and automotive service concepts Excellent negotiation skills coupled with effective communication skills in multiple languages (bilingual/multilingual abilities are a plus) Familiarity with inventory management systems such as CMMS or similar platforms; experience with POS systems is advantageous Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage stock levels, order fulfillment processes, and maintain accurate records Basic math skills including retail math for calculating discounts, pricing strategies, and inventory valuation Ability to handle cashiering duties confidently while maintaining professionalism with customers during phone etiquette interactions Experience in dealership sales management or retail marketing is beneficial but not mandatory Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Join us as a Sales Representative for Heavy Equipment Parts and become part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering top-tier service!
