This position offers a draw plus commission compensation structure, rewarding individuals who contribute to technician productivity, department growth, and overall parts sales performance. The ideal candidate will have dealership parts experience, strong Toyota parts knowledge, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while providing exceptional support to service technicians. Responsibilities Assist service technicians with Toyota OEM parts lookups and ordering. Accurately identify and source Toyota parts using electronic catalogs and manufacturer resources. Process repair orders and issue parts promptly to technicians. Monitor special orders and communicate status updates. Maintain accurate inventory control and stock organization. Receive, stock, and bin incoming inventory. Participate in cycle counts and annual inventories. Process returns and warranty parts according to dealership procedures. Work closely with service advisors and technicians to maximize shop efficiency and customer satisfaction. Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of automotive parts experience. Strong understanding of automotive systems, components, and repair procedures. Ability to accurately identify and source parts using electronic catalogs and manufacturer resources. Strong computer skills and ability to learn dealership software systems. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy. Ability to lift and move parts weighing up to 50 pounds. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Preferred Qualifications Toyota dealership parts experience. Previous back counter experience supporting service technicians. Experience with CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealertrack, Tekion, or similar dealership management systems. Knowledge of Toyota Electronic Parts Catalog (EPC). Experience handling special orders, returns, warranty parts, and inventory control. What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and attendance. Positive attitude and team-first mentality.
