Full Job Description Description:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized Parts Coordinator to join our team, supplying Ground Support Equipment parts to Envoy Airlines at DFW International Airport. As a Parts Coordinator, you will be responsible for taking care of our customer's needs in the most efficient and professional manner possible. Our company's mission is to not just be a supplier, but to help our customer solve their problems, and we are looking for someone who can help us achieve this goal.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and requests for parts in a timely manner Manage customer orders and ensure that they are processed accurately and efficiently Communicate with customers regarding order status, pricing, and availability Work closely with the team to provide excellent customer service Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed Work closely with preferred vendors to procure stocking and non-stocking parts and supplies Receive and process incoming shipments accurately and efficiently. Develop and maintain positive relations with customers, vendors, and team members Work with team members to maintain a neat and orderly work area and stock room Participate in on the job training and monthly safety training courses At our company, we value teamwork, customer service and diversity. Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent Experience in the fields of parts coordination, parts sales, inventory management and procurement, or automotive repair General understanding of automotive parts and their function Ability to lift 50 lbs. without restriction Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and inventory management software Commitment to providing exceptional customer service Attention to detail and accuracy Clean driving record Fluency in Spanish a plus, but not required Ability to pass TSA security requirements
