Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Parts Associate for a Case IH Tractor Dealership to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting various operational functions, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage inventory, fulfill orders, and maintain high standards of customer service for a Case IH Tractor Dealership. Duties Utilize Excel for data entry and reporting to track inventory levels and order fulfillment processes. Operate Computers to maintain records of equipment maintenance and repairs. Manage stock levels by organizing inventory, ensuring that products are readily available for customer needs. Fulfill orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery to customers. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency. Exhibit excellent phone etiquette when communicating with customers, addressing inquiries, and providing support. Requirements Proficiency in Excel is essential for tracking data and generating reports. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Familiarity with tractor diagnostics is a plus. Knowledge of inventory management practices is highly desirable.
