About the Role Elite Equipment Rentals is hiring a Parts Specialist to support our Midland equipment rental and service operation. This role is ideal for someone with experience in heavy equipment, construction equipment, fleet, or industrial service environments who enjoys working directly with customers, mechanics and supports shop operations running efficiently. Responsibilities Identify, quote, and order parts for heavy equipment and rental fleet Manage parts inventory, receiving, stocking, and reordering, focusing on efficiency and accuracy Support efficient communication and coordination between customers, technicians, vendors and management Provide responsive customer support by managing part requests with professionalism, urgency and strong follow-through Respond timely to emails, service requests, and internal operational needs Execute administrative and operational tasks with attention to detail, organization, and accountability Qualifications Experience in heavy equipment, construction equipment, fleet, or industrial service environments Demonstrate strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills Proficient computer skills (inventory systems, work orders, data entry) Apply Today If you have experience in heavy equipment or fleet service environments and are looking to grow in a stable, team-focused shop environment, we'd love to hear from you.
