401(k) 401(k) matching Bonus based on performance Dental insurance Paid time off SI Utility LLC is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Parts Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in keeping our manufacturing operations running smoothly by managing the flow of parts, tools, and materials from receiving through issuance and inventory control. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and verify incoming parts and materials Issue parts, tools, and consumables to production and maintenance teams Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct cycle counts Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment needs Coordinate parts availability to support production schedules Load, unload, stage, and store materials safely Operate a forklift (up to 9,000 lb. capacity) per OSHA standards Maintain an organized, clean warehouse and storage area Support document control and inventory traceability requirements Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse, inventory control, logistics, or manufacturing preferred Valid driver's license Forklift certified or ability to obtain certification Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk up to 90% of the workday Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions Commitment to safety and quality standards Why SI Utility LLC?
