Here is what you will be doing: Assist technicians in selecting required parts in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner. Fills orders from stock and notifies the manager about out-of-stock parts that need immediate attention. Notifies the Service Advisors when special order parts are received. Pulls order for delivery to technicians and follows up on back ordered parts. Works with outside companies to sell parts wholesale to outside shops and businesses. Assists wholesale account customers in selecting required parts or accessories in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner. Locates or orders parts as needed. Prepares invoices for parts to be delivered to wholesale customers. Maintains and solicits wholesale accounts in person and by telephone. Keeps parts manager informed on the status of accounts. Make outbound calls and update CRM daily Here is what you will need: At least 2 years of Dealerships parts counter experience required CDK experience, OPS, CCC and OEC knowledge a plus High school diploma or equivalent required Strong computer skills, Microsoft Office experience a plus Ability to handle multiple responsibilities at once Strong communication skills, both written and verbal All applicants must have a valid Texas Driver's License with a clear MVR as well as submit to pre-employment screening to include criminal background check and drug screening
