As a Call Center Vehicle Buyer , you help customers turn their cars into cash while keeping BYOT's inventory moving. No automotive experience needed. We'll train you. What You'll Do Answer inbound calls from people selling their vehicles Ask simple questions and use our system to make fair offers Negotiate pricing based on training and company guidelines Coordinate pick-ups with our tow & logistics team Keep accurate notes in our call center software Hit individual & team performance goals You'll Be Great At This If You… Enjoy talking with people Communicate clearly and confidently Stay positive in a fast-paced environment Learn quickly and like structured processes Have customer service, call center, or sales experience (helpful, not required) Auto knowledge or bilingual skills = bonus.
