About SkyWest SkyWest is hiring immediately for Repair & Warranty Administrators! No prior aviation experience needed, on-the-job training, is provided! SkyWest employees enjoy a distinctive and unmatched culture of teamwork, respect, quality, and professionalism, along with world-class benefits such as: On-the-job training, no prior experience needed 401(k) match Performance Rewards and Profit Sharing Health care - medical, dental, and vision Discounted worldwide flight benefits, including discounts and free standby travel on available open seating for you and your family with all four of our major airlines (Delta, United, Alaska, and American) Primary Job Duties Determine work scope and the service vendor to be utilized to repair all parts removed from SkyWest aircraft Determine warranty eligibility on aircraft parts to give the best value to SkyWest Evaluate repair quotes to confirm vendor repaired parts as required per SkyWest and FAA standards, and ensure cost, quality, and deadlines are met Review and negotiate warranty claims and ensure all parameters are met for warranty reimbursements Collect bids, and purchase high-dollar aircraft parts Communicate effectively with SkyWest personnel, vendors, and part brokers Minimum Requirements 18 years of age or older Have a High School Diploma or GED Pass a pre-placement background check and drug screen Legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship Strong organizational skills and an aptitude to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Work independently and as an integral part of a team Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word Ability to prioritize tasks as directed to meet deadlines Physical and Other Requirements This position is full- time, in-office at our headquarters in St. George, Utah. There are no remote opportunities available Moderate noise (business office with computers, printers, light traffic, and group setting) Sitting for extended periods in front of a computer and on the phone $15.50 per hour This is not a Department of Transportation safety-sensitive position To be considered, please complete the online application.
