Counter Sales Rep

Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services Build and maintain strong customer relationships Process customer orders Follow up on backordered parts, and contact customer with status Ensure that inventory control practices are followed Communicate with Store Manager on inventory issues Communicate with Store Manager regarding parts availability and pricing Provide solutions for the needs of our customers Assist with other projects as needed Must be able to multi-task and maintain a friendly attitude with customer and coworkers Accurately track and store materials in warehouse Tire and Auto Parts Experience Preferred
