Job Description
GeoQuip, Inc. - the premier supplier for Pile Driving Equipment for the East Coast and Gulf Coast - is seeking a new parts counter specialist with previous inventory management experience. The ideal candidate has great organizational skills and excels at working in a fast-paced environment. •Previous mechanical experience with heavy equipment is highly desirable. Responsibilities Source and obtain parts not in inventory Process transactions Create new part numbers as needed Organize inventory area on an ongoing basis Manage minimum quantity and reorder points Secure parts for technicians Create processes to manage inventory Work with manufacturing team to combine fastener and fitting inventory Manage consumables for technicians Skills Mechanical job experience Proven work experience with Inventory Management Understanding of the sales administration process Excellent interpersonal and administrative management skills Strong analytical and organization skills Problem-solving attitude Excellent social skills, people skills, communication, math & computer skills GeoQuip, Inc. is thriving as a business, growing constantly as more customers recognize our excellent products and services.
