NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS AND STANDARDS INDIVIDUAL STANDARDS
The Product Specialist Must:
❖ Possess the character and appearance standards of your specific dealership ❖ Maintain a positive, wholesome attitude towards life and the sales profession ❖ Engage in some kind of self-improvement program regularly ❖ Get along well with other employees of the dealership
WORK ORGANIZATION STANDARDS
