Job Description

We promote from within Training opportunities Family-owned business Voted Richmond Time's Dispatch Best Places to Work 401k with company match Medical, Dental, Eye, & Voluntary Benefits offered - 1st of the month following 60 days Paid Holidays, 1 sick day per quarter, addition PTO after 1 year of service Responsibilities Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish Deliver completed part orders to technician's stall Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner Converse effectively/efficiently regarding customer parts status Read and understand the parts catalog when looking up and speaking to specific parts Keeping an organized work station Ensuring inventory accuracy Answer phone calls, provide price quotes and other information to customers Review shop request to verify the parts ordered are correct and all pricing is in line with the estimate Provide high level service to both internal and external customers Pull/fill orders from stock and maintain weekly bin checks to ensure accuracy of stock Notify parts manager of out-of-stock parts or shop materials that need immediate attention Locate out-of-stock parts from outside source and submit an emergency order, if necessary Compensation 2 part pay system involving an hourly wage with a monthly commission. Monthly challenges by the management team. Fast paced very busy department with great opportunities to grow!
Requirements:
Ability to push, pull, lift, carry 50 pounds Ability to carry parts up and down stairs Valid driver's license Dealership or retail parts experience We are an equal opportunity employer.
