This role requires extensive knowledge of vehicle features, performance, safety systems, accessories, and technology within our new vehicle inventory. The Product Specialist is often the first point of contact for customers visiting our dealership and plays an essential role in creating a welcoming, professional, and informative buying experience. This position is responsible for helping customers identify the vehicle that best fits their needs while building long-term customer relationships. Responsibilities Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner Guide customers through vehicle selection based on their needs and preferences Develop and maintain knowledge of vehicle inventory, features, safety systems, and technology Demonstrate vehicle technology and features using tablets, smartphones, and other digital tools Assist guests throughout the purchasing process Maintain communication with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction Work collaboratively with the sales and management team to provide an exceptional customer experience Qualifications Requirements include: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative Comfortable using computers, laptops, iPads, cell phones, and other technology Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required Position Details $3,000 guaranteed compensation for the first 3 months Full-time position 40-hour work week Flexible scheduling No Sundays Benefits We provide a positive, professional work environment with industry-leading training and opportunities for advancement from within.
