Sunset Air is seeking a Residential Parts Coordinator to support our residential service department by coordinating repair parts, warranty research, customer communication, and repair readiness.
This role is responsible for:
Receiving, checking in, and verifying parts for residential service repairs. Researching parts through vendor portals, warranty resources, Bluon, ServiceBench, and other available tools. Preparing accurate customer repair quotes based on verified pricing, availability, warranty status, and company pricing standards. Creating repair proposals, exporting them to PDF, and sending them through DocuSign. Communicating with customers, technicians, dispatchers, vendors, and warehouse staff to keep repairs moving efficiently. Tracking repair status and keeping documentation accurate in the Master Tracker. Supporting warranty verification and warranty parts procurement for residential service and construction needs. Assisting with over-the-counter parts sales, inventory questions, and warehouse coordination as needed. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced service environment. This position requires strong customer service skills, urgency, empathy, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to balance administrative duties with hands-on parts coordination. This is not just a purchasing or administrative position. The Residential Parts Coordinator plays a key role in repair readiness, customer experience, technician efficiency, warranty recovery, and overall department profitability.

$23.00 - $26.00 per hour
