$22/hr. Express Employment Professionals - North Seattle is hiring a Parts & Assembly Coordinator for a local manufacturing client. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse and assembly environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Pick, store, and organize parts from designated inventory locations based on order specifications. Assemble parts kits for sales orders, production, and external manufacturing following detailed instructions. Inspect parts and completed kits to ensure quality, accuracy, and completeness. Repack parts for resale, ensuring clean, secure, and professional presentation with clear labeling. Package and process outgoing shipments using carrier-specific shipping software. Report inventory discrepancies and assist with root-cause investigation. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area following safety guidelines. Collaborate with warehouse, production, and logistics teams to meet deadlines. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. 1-2 years of experience in warehouse, inventory, or assembly roles. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and documentation. Ability to read and interpret work instructions and order documents in English. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
