Role:
Join J Bar K Industries Inc as a Parts Associate in Spokane Valley, WA, where you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations. This exciting position offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and store incoming parts and materials. Assist customers with parts inquiries and order processing. Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in stock management. Prepare parts for shipment and ensure timely delivery. Collaborate with team members to improve efficiency and service. Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the parts department. Utilize inventory management software for tracking and reporting. Provide exceptional customer service and support to all clients.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in parts or inventory management preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Familiarity with inventory management software is a plus. Must be able to lift and move heavy items as needed. Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team.
