We take pride in providing high-quality equipment, reliable support, and an exceptional customer experience. We are looking for a motivated, detail-driven team member to join our service department. Position Overview We are hiring a Service & Parts Specialist to support both our front counter and service operations. This role blends mechanical understanding with strong customer service skills. You will help customers identify the correct parts, assist with service scheduling, prepare work orders, and maintain clear communication between customers, technicians, and the shop. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist customers with service needs and parts inquiries. Look up, identify, and source the correct parts for repairs and maintenance. Create and manage work orders, parts orders, estimates, and invoices. Coordinate with technicians to schedule repairs efficiently and follow jobs through completion. Maintain, organize, and replenish parts inventory as needed. Provide accurate information and guidance to customers on equipment operation and upkeep. Handle warranty claims and service documentation accurately and on time. Build strong customer relationships that support repeat business and long-term satisfaction. Identify opportunities to increase parts, service, attachment, and maintenance sales. Qualifications Experience in equipment, automotive, powersports, trucking, agricultural, or similar parts/service roles preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Bobcat equipment systems. Excellent customer service, communication, and teamwork skills. Detail-oriented with solid organizational habits. Comfortable working with computers and dealership/parts software (or quick to learn). Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
