In Counter Parts Sales, you would: Build customer relationships with existing clients by reaching out via phone calls, emails, or other forms of communication to increase the likelihood of them using our services again Close sales with qualified leads to generate new business and ensure the client's needs are met Upsell our premium products to close the best deal possible Sell heavy duty parts Assist customers with parts selection, both over the phone and in-person Provide support to Outside Sales Personnel Occasionally deliver parts with a company vehicle Ideally, you will: Have a high school diploma or GED Have a basic understanding of hydraulics Have at least two years of work experience in parts Have excellent communication skills, listening skills, and customer service skills Possess a high level of motivation Have the ability to communicate and work well with a diverse group of individuals Possess a valid driver's license Reasonable Accommodations Statement To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
