Job Description

Overview Monday through Friday Schedule between 7am and 5pm Apply at: https://www.brookstractor.com/careers Join the team at Brooks Tractor! We're looking for a Parts Counter Associate who enjoys helping customers and keeping things running smoothly. In this role, you'll be the go-to person for parts support—whether it's assisting walk-in customers or making sure our technicians have what they need to keep heavy construction equipment working. If you're organized, customer-focused, and like working in a fast-paced environment, this is the job for you! What You'll Do Greet customers and answer calls professionally—help them find the right parts for their repair. Support our service department by providing accurate parts quickly. Keep the parts department organized, clean, and safe. Maintain retail displays and ensure the sales floor meets dealership standards. Process sales transactions, returns, cores, and warranties accurately. Follow up on shortages and help resolve issues promptly. Attend training to stay current on products and processes. Use dealership tools and resources safely and effectively. Perform other duties as assigned. Educations, Skills, and/or Experience Requirements A successful candidate would have one year or more experience in a service/repair parts environment. This could include construction equipment, automotive, truck or agricultural industry experience. Knowledge or experience in inventory and cost control would also be desired. Computer skills is a must, with experience in Microsoft Office and web based programs. Physical Requirements In addition to being able to sit, stand, walk, read, talk, write and hear, to perform the essential functions of this job an individual must be able to do the following additional activities: Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
