Marine Parts & Accessory Specialist

Team Winnebagoland, a premier Marine dealership in Oshkosh, WI, is seeking a motivated Marine Parts & Accessory Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing the inventory and sales of parts and accessories, assisting customers in finding the right products, and supporting the service department to ensure seamless operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Marine Industry or a related field, exceptional customer service skills, and a passion for the industry.

Customer Service & Sales:

Assist customers in identifying the appropriate parts and accessories for their Marine products. Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying updated on new parts, accessories, and trends in the industry. Promote and sell parts and accessories, meeting or exceeding sales targets. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally and efficiently.

Inventory Management:

Monitor and manage parts and accessory inventory to ensure availability and minimize overstock. Conduct regular inventory audits to maintain accuracy and compliance. Order and stock parts as needed, coordinating with vendors and suppliers for timely delivery. Maintain an organized and visually appealing parts department, ensuring easy accessibility for staff and customers. Support for

Service Department:

Collaborate with the service team to provide parts and accessories for repairs and maintenance promptly. Develop strong relationships with technicians, ensuring smooth communication and workflow. Ensure the timely and accurate fulfillment of service department parts requests.

Operational Efficiency:

Implement and maintain processes to improve efficiency in parts sales and inventory management. Utilize dealership management software to manage inventory, track sales, and process transactions accurately. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and legal standards within the parts department.

Expectations:

Deliver exceptional customer service, fostering loyalty and repeat business. Contribute to the dealership's overall success by driving sales and supporting service operations. Maintain professionalism and uphold the company's values and reputation.

Requirements:

Proven experience in Power Sports, Automotive, Marine, or a related industry, preferably in parts and accessories sales. Strong knowledge of Marine vehicles, parts, and accessories. Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in dealership management software and related tools. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
