Tool Crib Coordinator Job Purpose:
Provide support to the overall Facility by overseeing the Tool Crib area, insuring that inventory is maintained and well organized. Work closely with the Maintenance team to ensure critical spare part inventory is accurately tracked and ordered as needed. Nature of Duties/Responsibilities Maintain stock in the tool crib Update systems with machine hours for PM tracking Print labels as needed to meet OSHA requirements on chemical labeling Maintain inventory on welding gasses and supplies Perform safety checks as required Gather quotes for repair parts, expedite orders if required Ensure adequate inventory levels are maintained of critical parts and sanitary supplies Oversee recycling efforts of various materials Support Maintenance personnel with order entry of needed repair parts Clean and organize tool crib and surrounding area, sustaining and improving 5S Other duties as assigned Requirements
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Basic math and computer skills including email, finance system, label maker, etc. Fork A truck license will be required. Strong organizational skills with emphasis on working safely are required.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read English and understand basic sketches, routings, and operating manuals. Ability to communicate effectively with employees and external suppliers.
INTERPERSONAL SKILLS
Must be able to work well with others and work with little supervision. Capable of adjusting to a varying work load. Must be highly self motivated.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Sanmina is an Equal Opportunity Employer
