Parts Technician - Watertown

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers and service technicians in identifying the correct parts
• Process part orders in person, over the phone and online
• Receive, inspect and stock incoming parts shipments
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock counts
• Order parts from vendors and track backorders
• Process returns and warranty parts when necessary
• Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge
• Other tasks as assigned by the

Manager Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent is required
• Experience in agricultural equipment or a related field is preferred
• Experience in a customer service field preferred
• Strong understanding of farming practices and equipment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Excellent organizational and computer skills
• Ability to multitask
• Honest, dependable and self-motivated
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must have a reputable driving history and a valid driver's license
