Parts Counter Person - Griffin Ford Waukesha Griffin Ford Waukesha is looking to hire an experienced Parts Counter Person to join our growing team. If you are customer-focused, organized, and enjoy working in a fast-paced dealership environment, we'd like to hear from you. Responsibilities Assist technicians and service advisors with parts requests. Help retail and wholesale customers with parts sales. Look up and identify the correct OEM parts. Receive, stock, and organize inventory. Maintain accurate inventory records. Process returns, warranties, and core returns. Work closely with the service department to ensure efficient repairs. Provide outstanding customer service. Qualifications Previous automotive parts experience preferred. Ford parts experience strongly preferred. Experience with CDK dealership software preferred. Knowledge of Ford parts catalogs and electronic lookup systems. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
