Charleston, WV 25387 Position Summary The Parts Counter Person is responsible for assisting customers with automotive parts and accessories, both in person and by phone, ensuring accurate information and timely assistance. This role involves locating parts within inventory or through external sources, coordinating delivery and installation, receiving and stocking incoming parts, and maintaining warehouse organization. Key Responsibilities Receive and stock incoming automotive parts and accessories Locate parts and accessories and arrange for installation as needed Monitor parts inventory and assist in inventory management Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle models, accessories, and promotions Ensure accurate sales documentation and timely reporting Coordinate safe and timely delivery of parts following company procedures Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization Perform additional duties as assigned to support team and dealership operations Work Environment This position is full-time and based in Charleston, WV. Job Requirements:

Qualifications Previous automotive parts experience preferred Dealership experience is an advantage Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Professional, friendly, and helpful attitude Reliable and dependable work ethic Proficient computer and internet skills Experience with Reynolds and Reynolds software is a plus
