Parts Counter Attendant

Cleveland Brothers, the largest Cat® dealer in Pennsylvania, northern West Virginia and western Maryland, has an immediate opportunity for an Parts Counter Attendant . Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co., Inc., your local Caterpillar dealership, is looking for a highly motivated self-starter to join our growing team of established and successful parts professionals.

Primary Responsibilities:

Answer parts phone calls. Assist customers with their parts needs. Issue parts to shop mechanics. Place orders for Caterpillar and Allied parts. Utilize parts data bases. • Research back-orders. Research customer credit status.

Qualifications:

Mechanical aptitude. Familiarity with product line. Customer service skills. Intermediate computer and keyboarding skills. Ability to learn new systems. Graduate of a technical school, military school, or relevant working experience acceptable to the company. Why Join the
