Job Description
Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Estate Sale Pricer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately assessing and pricing a wide variety of estate items to ensure fair market value and maximize sale outcomes. Several pricers needed but one specifically gifted in knowledge of tools and electronics. Truck helpful but not a must. Ability to lift up to 50lbs occasionally also helpful. Duties Conduct thorough inspections of estate items, gathering data on condition, provenance, and market trends Develop precise pricing models based on current market conditions, comparable sales, and historical data Collaborate with estate sale teams to establish pricing strategies that balance value with market demand Utilize financial software and tools to document valuations, generate reports, and maintain accurate records Engage in research of industry standards, auction results, and economic factors impacting valuation accuracy Requirements Prior experience in second hand sales, inclu but not linite to estate sale work is a plus ability to lift is a plus Truck for transporting supplies helpful Good people and organizational skills helpful Knowledge of second hand market pricing in general and especially garage items Join us if you're passionate about applying your expertise to real-world estate valuations!
