Job Description

The Sr. Product Associate, Card Pricing will contribute to the way we manage the disclosed credit card terms on a customer's account by partnering with cross-functional teams to build and refine pricing capabilities that influence the customer experience and support strategic business initiatives. This position sits within the Marketing, Growth & Innovation organization of Card Services, a key business within Chase's Consumer & Community Banking group. As a Sr. Product Associate, Card Pricing in Marketing, Growth & Innovation, you will be responsible for leading and supporting key initiatives by collaborating across teams within the Credit Card organization to understand business requirements, define the requirements in partnership with software engineers, and then drive them through build, test, and deployment. This individual will also help support the product's backlog prioritization and ensure proper documentation for a strong control environment. Job Responsibilities Manage, prioritize and deliver multiple epics and user stories simultaneously Exercise strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage competing product priorities Demonstrate s trong partnership and collaboration skills to drive cross-functional teams - product, tech, data, and design Communicate (both verbal and written) technical updates to executives via decks and reports Promote a strong control environment by adhering to risk/control, procedure and process expectations, while appropriately delivering what's best for the customer Partner with technology to create test plans for developed capabilities with an automation mindset Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree required 3+ years of work experience in product development or related field Proven ability to operate of Agile methodology Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot Tables) Experience in fintech or financial services industry
