Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an Air Pricing Coordinator for a direct hire opportunity in Miami, FL. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented logistics professional, recent graduate, or early-career pricing specialist who is interested in building a long-term career in air freight, freight forwarding, import/export administration, and international transportation. The Air Pricing Coordinator will support air freight pricing activity for U.S. accounts, working closely with internal teams, overseas offices, agents, and management to develop competitive pricing solutions. This is a strong opportunity to join a fast-paced logistics environment where accuracy, communication, teamwork, and customer-focused problem solving are highly valued. This position offers exposure to global freight operations, rate negotiation, account support, and pricing strategy. Responsibilities
  • Match air transportation service offerings to customer requirements and identify opportunities to expand customer relationships.
  • Analyze customer targets, pricing needs, and market conditions to support competitive final pricing proposals.
  • Negotiate rates with internal offices, third-party providers, agents, and international partners.
  • Create, update, and maintain pricing matrices for new and existing customer accounts.
  • Manage daily air freight spot quote requests for U.S. accounts and coordinate timely pricing responses.
  • Partner with local and international air freight teams to confirm pricing, service options, capacity, and solutions for key accounts. Compensation and Benefits
  • Salary range: $60,000 to $65,000 per year.
